        — our wild life —

The Morris family, Manor Farm, Buckinghamshire

The Morris family has been farming in Buckinghamshire for three generations. Their mixed farm
is home to wildlife such as brown hares, butterflies and farmland birds including skylarks and
yellowhammer. George and Elaine, together with daughter Caroline and son Alex work hard to
attract this wildlife, having sown extensive wildflower margins and planted several kilometres
of hedgerows. They are proud to be part of the new Jordans Farm Partnership, a collaboration
involving The Wildlife Trusts, Linking Environment And Farming (LEAF) and Jordans which
seeks to promote sustainable farming practices and address rural development issues through
The Prince’s Countryside Fund.
